Processing is based on pre-contractual measures at your request and, where applicable, consent or legitimate interest in managing communications related to your enquiry.
4. Retention and recipients
Data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the request and legal duties. Technical providers (hosting, SMTP email, Cloudflare Turnstile) may process data as processors under instructions.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability rights by writing to info@gardavespa.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
